I've learned many techniques in my years and most have been helpful for my own things, as well as a way to further
assist my clients. EFT, in my opinion, is the most powerful and helpful one - period. I urge ALL healers,
practitioners, and quite honestly, ANYONE who wants to live to their fullest potential to at least investigate the
